| Comments: | when i went to the dealership to purchase a weight distribution hitch,the service tech looked over my trailer and informed me that a hitch wasn't what i needed,that i should get an extra set of leaves installed on my truck.he also recommended a shop in Albany that he had dealt with.After thanking him i had the work done and was overjoyed by the professional manner that i was treated.Diederichs is a 1st class operation and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.thanks to all of you,it's very refreshing to deal with people like you have working there |

| Comments: | Diedrich's went above & beyond fixing my wiring for an old Uhaul fiberglass trailer. Didn't charge for extra time. VERY HONEST TO DO BUSINESS WITH. COMPLETELY SATISIFIED. WOULD RECOMMEND. THEY'RE NOT OUT FOR A FAST BUCK, LIKE THE COMPETITORS. They also try their best to fit you in for service!! |
